The Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) at Global College International, affiliated with Mid-West University, is a four-year undergraduate program designed to develop skilled professionals and future leaders for the global tourism and hospitality industry. The program integrates management knowledge, practical skills, and industry insights to prepare highly competent tourism professionals. Its curriculum combines classroom learning with practical exposure, including field visits to major tourist destinations and a distinctive one-year industry internship in the 7th and 8th semesters—making it the only BTTM program in Nepal offering a full-year internship that provides valuable real-world experience in tourism and aviation sectors. The program also includes core aviation courses such as Cabin Crew and Inflight Service and Aviation Logistics & Supply Chain Management, along with specialization electives in Semesters V and VI, including Aviation Management, Customer Service in Aviation, Ground Handling and Ramp Safety Management, Airline Marketing and Revenue Management, Aviation Security and Safety Management, and Aviation Information Systems and Technology. This comprehensive combination equips students with strong expertise in aviation, airline operations, and tourism management, preparing them for professional roles in airlines, airports, ground handling, inflight services, hotels, resorts, travel agencies, tour operations, and heritage management. After completing 126 credit hours, graduates develop strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, making them highly competitive for careers in the tourism industry as well as for further academic studies.
