Notice for 4th Convocation Ceremony

Deadline to submit hard copy/printed copy of online form at college: Baishak 15, 2083 (28th April, 2026)

Document required while filling up the online form (the document should be in PDF format and size less than 25 MB):

1. MRP size photo 

2. Citizenship/ passport for foreign nationality

3. Transcript issued by Mid-West University (Bachelor/Masters)

4. Bank Voucher

 (while depositing the money in bank, depositor name should be the name of the student and registration number who is participating in convocation, money deposited by other name will not be acceptable) 

Document required while submitting the form at college:

1. Printed copy of Online form

2. MRP size photo (3 pcs)

3. Citizenship/ passport for foreign nationality

4. Transcript issued by Mid-West University (Bachelor/Masters)

5. Original Bank Voucher
