Position: MBA Program Director/Coordinator

Employment Type: Regular, Full-time

Minimum Eligibility, Competencies and Experience

1. Education

·    A master’s degree in Management or Data Science, with distinction or a minimum CGPA of 3.8 out of 4.0, from a reputed university (PhD preferred)

2. Experience

·    A minimum of three years of experience in academic programme management at a top-branded college or university.

3. Professional Competence

·    Proven expertise in programme management, promotion and branding, teaching pedagogies, research methodology, and faculty management.

4. Skills

·    Excellent communication skills, commanding fluency, and proficiency in contemporary advanced teaching and learning technology applications.

5. Vision

·    A clear vision for programme innovation, enrolment, and placement.

6. Commitment

·    A minimum commitment of four years to remain with the organisation.
